My parents are fighting help me please..?

Ok well my parents are fighting and yelling before then it stoped now its started again I don't know what there fighting about but my mom was crying then now she just stoped now there bickering again and I dont know what to do im just isolateing myself in my room but still its not helping I can still here them what should I do please.
