Minor in possesion of narcotics?

hi i neva been in trouble nd im 16 m and yesterday i went to chill with some homies then cops got there and they found me a pipe used for salvia (legal) i live in the state of new mexico albuquerque what ya think theyre doing to me in court?? thanks
