Everyone's labor is different., It may go very quickly for you once you start do dilate. You never know. Your body is working hard and it is making progress already, whether the doctor acknowledges it or not. Keep eating, drinking, when it gets tough, try to visualize the muscles in your uterus contracting to help your baby get down and out. Try to work with your body and not against it. Sleep whenever you can! You can do this!
