Should the USA be broken into 3 seperate countries?

If that were to happen, then we would no longer be the UNITED states of america. I believe we are meant to be united for a reason, and that our current system of state governments being separate from the federal government as well as the three branches of federal is working out fine, but more should be given to the states to vote on individually.
