Visa Gift Card Pending Authorization. Help!?

I purchased a Visa Green Dot shopping gift card and on June 28th, I purchased an item online. However, I canceled the order shortly after and when I checked my gift card it said that I only had 1 dollar, the purchase was 39.99. The company said that they didn't receive my funds so there was no money to return. I decided to wait a couple days to see if money was returned to my card but it still wasn't. It was placed into "Pending Authorization". I was wondering if anyone knows how long pending authorizations last and how long it will take for my money to be returned. I tried calling Visa green dot shopping. They claimed to have live customer service but when you call its only a machine and you're charged $0.50...

How do i bring it up in conversation?

I've been texting this really cute guy i met before school ended almost all summer. We can talk for hours about school, sports, etc. but we never talk about dating or relationships. He could just be friendly, but I'm starting to think that he likes me too but i dont know how to bring it up in conversation subtly. a good manager will allow you to recount if you disagree with it. i was a supervisor in restaurants for a while and when one my cashiers were short i would recount it if it was still short i told them and asked if they wanted to recount it

I would suggest "On Becoming Babywise". They have two books and I would suggest getting both even though the first one is for 0-6 mos of age. You need to read both to understand the methodology and practice of good sleeping habits (but luckily they are both easy reads). Since your baby is 14 months old, you are going to have to retrain him/her.... so expect some hearty tears from your baby with whatever sleep training method you select. But Babywise does work so I strongly recommend you try it!

uming that a building has a life expectancy of 50 years and a discount rate of 5%. If a uPVC gutter have a life expectancy of 20 years. Can I calculate the NPV (net present value) like this it's initial cost is $ 2,782. to replace it, is it correct to multiply it by the year purchase rate of 12.46221 giving a amount of $ 34, 669.87 to replace it in 20 years. Is this method correct. Those who know about life cylce costing and the use of discount tables in Construction Economics.
