Felony charge effect F-1 visa and reentry in US?

I am F-1 student visa here in OHIO. there is a felony burglary charge 4th degree, it is a totally misunderstading.After pre-trial, the case went to " call of the prosecutor", which my lawyer told me, it is considered as dismissed, but charge will still pend on me for a year. this summer I am thinking about going back China, is that gonna be a problem when I renew my student visa? what if I choose come back United State before the visa I have right now get expired , are they gonna refuse me reentry in at the airtport? please let me know....I am really worried about it, thank you
