Why are you proud to be an American?

Being a foreigner in US is too easy. I had to move here because of dad's job. I have been here for 3 years. It is not a long time. I am a teenager, still immature, dependable and not sure about I really want. My family is well-educated and investor. If you read this, you problably will say " just another spoiled teenager" . If you think that, just let me know. I am welcome for all comments. The sentence "I am proud to be an American" is everywhere. Why are they proud? To declare war many times, to be the number 1 country of psychos, to be a xenophobic country and racist, to put unreal world in people's mind like Hollywood, to agree in torturing people during the war, to become so hateful by many people, etc... I can't see myself living here forever, I just don't want to become one of yours. I am not a slave of cruelty. I just want peace.
