Should I or should I not?

Its a lady I like and I know she thinks I'm a good catch. The problem is she loves the thrill of the chase and wants me work to get at her . Nothing comes easy with her, she makes me work for every single moment we spend together...We spend time together it just that its always at her house with her family there, or at clubs or parties with her friends around. I want to spend time alone with her just the two of us but she always seem to back out it. I would ask her out she says yes but when its time to go she would say she's tired from work, going out with the girls, need to study, or something else...She was in a relationship for 7 years with a guy who cheated on her. She broke up with him about 2 years old but he's still trying to get back her life. I think she is still hurt and heartbroken even though she say she's not. During this time she has not gone on a single date with anybody...What I wanted to do to get my date with her is to bring flowers to her or to her house everyday until she agreed to give me a chance and go out somewhere with me...Should I do that or do you have something better I can do to get her over the drought???
