More about girls im clueless about this stuff. LOL! HELP!?

OK say im in the car with my gf and its dark. Her dad's in the driver's seat her little sister is in the penger seat. And my arm is around her and were sittin right next to each other. What should I do if I want to kiss her if you get my point.
