Right now my favorite vegan recipe is simple. Chocolate covered pretzels. I buy the medium sized pretzel sticks and some vegan chocolate chips. I microwave my chocolate chips, then I dip about 3/4s of the pretzel in it and YUM. Sometimes I even dip the chocolate covered pretzel into crushed peanuts. Then I let them sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and then I enjoy! Yum!
