Can my employer change my pay?

well ive been working at kohls for about a year and 5 months now.i had a family emergency and was forced to leave the country.When i came back they told me that they fired me on accident and that they would reinstate.about three days ago i go to get my review and it turns out that they changed my pay to 25 cents less . so what do i do????
