Poll: When is the last time you've been in trouble with the cops?

That would be a little over 3 years ago, when going through a REALLY BAD breakup with my ex. I was still hoping things would work out, and he was really taking advantage of that. He called me one night and asked me to come over, and I agreed. It was late when I got there, I knocked but didn't get any answer, so I went around to the back door thinking maybe he was asleep and left it open for me. Nothing there either. I went back around to the front door, which was now open and went in. My ex was nowhere to be found, but came running in from outta nowhere, grabbed me by my ponytail, beat the holy shi* outta me, then called the cops and told them that I broke into his house and that it was self defense. I mean, he actually told them I kicked in his front door. Well, the cops looked at the door and saw that there were no signs of forced entry, so they knew then that it was b.s. but they had to take me in anyway. In the end, I ended up with a criminal tresping charge since I was on his property, and since he lied in court and said he didn't want me there. What an as*hole! What really sucks is, I have two kids with him so I still have to see him at least twice a month!
