Windows Movie Maker Video keeps stalling after burn?

Just as the title says, I have burned 2 dvd's now and both video's have stalled at different places. There are a series of video clips on the movie so when the stall happens I continue to hear the sounds of the videos that follow. This is very frustrating as I have put a tremendous amount of work in to the video an can't open the file with any other program that I know of. Has anyone had this problem abd found a fix; could it be my DVD-R? Thanks in advance, I am running XP by the way and I have WMM 2.0.
