How do I get an invitation to join a BCS conference in NCAA Football 08?

I'm controlling a dynasty with Boise State, which is a member of the WAC (a non-BCS conference), and I haven't been able to play in the championship game. I really want to join the Pac-10 or the Big 12. Please help!
